I’ve just returned from a frantic couple of hours of radio interviews at Llyndy Isaf farm, promoting the appeal that goes live today.
It was great to hear the owner, Ken Owen praising our work in the area and saying that this had influenced his decision to offer it to the Trust. Let’s hope that we can raise to the challenge and raise the money we need to save his farm for the nation!
The high point of the morning was a two-minute slot on Radio 4 Today Programme, with Justin Webb and John Humphreys. Go to the ‘listen again’ facility on the BBC website to hear the item, which was broadcast at about 8:27am.
By the way, the lake looks wonderful this morning – a perfect mirror – with the sound of geese calling from the far side – Bendigedig!
